RPM is a New Jersey firm that can offer our clients the kind of service that you just can’t get from a firm that is not local. We strive to assist our clients by bringing to each engagement the most current best practices that our clients can rely on.
When it comes to investigations, we have the ability to use the most effective but least intrusive methods of conducting interviews: remote, in-person, off-hours, all shifts, neutral off-site locations. Our investigation reports are prepared in a thorough, unbiased manner within the time frames required by our client’s EEO
policy and procedures so as to withstand legal challenge and scrutiny. We have taken many steps to ensure confidentiality as well as the electronic security of our work product and will
work closely with our clients to keep them regularly updated on the status of our activities, whether it is an investigation or post-investigation counseling or the drafting of an EEO policy.
Every service we provide for our clients is designed to help them to create a workplace that meets federal, state, and local EEO compliance requirements.
